Why is Texas weather so unpredictable and what kind of insane weather can we expect next?

Texas weather is so unpredictable because of all the fronts coming through. I mean we have cold fronts and hot fronts coming from both side of the continent all the time. That's why its hot one minute then
thunderstorming the next. For the next week or so the temperatures are going to be up in the 90s. So were not really expecting anything majorly crazy but when you live in Texas you never know.

What affect do these crazy changes in weather have on peoples health?

Rapidly changing weather usually has a pretty bad affect on health. Extreme weather changes such as temperature spikes/drops, sudden changes from dry to wet weather are just a few weather changes allergy suffers have to worry about. This can cause problems such as headaches, coughing, sneezing , wheezing(especially in asthma suffers)etc. You see when weather changes it forces you  to adapt to a new type of climate rather than the one your accustom to and that leaves your immune system vulnerable. Also weather can give you symptoms that may seem like your sick but your actually not but most people misinterpret this as  being sick because they still feel a little under the weather. Another factor in this is the atmospheric pressure. When it drops it can trigger migraines along with other things. In conclusion weather dose not actually make you sick but it can still make you feel ill.

How many lives has crazy texas weather taken over the years and what is Texas doing to prevent more lives from being taken?

Many lives have been taken and injuries have been caused by Texas tornadoes. From 1950 to 1995 there have been more than 7,000 injuries caused by tornadoes not to mention the countless deaths. Here are a few tornadoes that have taken lives. A tornado near Wichita Falls took 42 lives, another tornado near Sargosa took 30 lives and injured countless others and there have been many others like these who have taken more lives and injured more  people. I'm doing some research on what Texas is doing to save lives but its seems like there doing more to save files from being taken by tornadoes then they are actual people.  That sounds a little ridiculous. Tornadoes aren't the only dangerous weather to be worried about over recent years there's also been many wildfires, thunderstorms, and dangerous thunderstorms including lightning injuries. The worst in my opinion being the wildfires. Raging Texas wildfires(most likely caused by extremely dry, hot weather) devastated about 1.65 million acres across the state. The weather started in North Texas not far from where I live. Pretty scary huh? The Texas Forest service advised that you didn't do much burning during that time and to try to remove very flammable products from your home but  i don't know what they did to help the situation. Many schools(including mine) donated cases of water and eye drops to help the fireman. Another very dangerous weather phenomenon is lightning strikes. Over thirty people have been killed as a cause of lightning over the last nine years. Its not very common but it does happen. We cant really stop lightning from striking or evacuate every time lightning strikes all we can do is take precautions against it.
There has also been very various dangerous thunderstorms and other things across the state and i think we need to take more precautions against weather harming Texans.

Hi I'm Rockette and no that's not my real name but i wish it was. Anyway I'm starting this blog to try to find out why North Texas weathers so bipolar because honestly I'm kind of sick of it. So post a comment to help me figure out why the lone star state has such bipolar weather. Who knows you might learn a thing or two in the process.
